Hi - I'm Raf. You might know me from RISR Careers on YouTube.

I started my career on a factory floor. No connections, and no roadmap or idea of how the game was played. What I eventually figured out, through years of trial and error, is that career advancement is a system. And so is delivering results. Once you see it, everything changes.

That journey took me from the warehouse through Fortune 100 leadership, enterprise transformation in financial services and property, and eventually to MD and Country Leader at a global technology business.

I built RISR Academy so you don't have to spend over a decade figuring it out the hard way. My mission is to help YOU go further, faster.
