I've been there.
Hi - I'm Raf. You might know me from RISR Careers on YouTube.
I started my career on a factory floor and worked my way up through sales, marketing, and full P&L management at a global industrial company, before moving into large-scale strategy and transformation at Australia's largest financial institution where I received the CEO Award, the highest honour in the organisation. From there I moved into the property sector, and eventually to MD and Country Leader at a global technology business.
Along the way I picked up a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Master of Business Management, and executive education at MIT.
